If your Sims are in need of a computer, you may add a desk or table for it and a chair.  Otherwise…If it isn’t on the list, you can’t have it!
That means no bookcase, burglar alarm, car, trees, curtains, indoor plants, wall hangings, rugs and no whatever else is not on the list above!  Misc. deco items can be used so long as they fit in your budget.
There is no minimum number of rooms required and you may add on to the home if funds permit.
NOTE: There is a build requirement below to complete the challenge so consider it when planning your additions!

PLAYING THE CHALLENGE
No money cheats are allowed
Mods/cheats can not be used to change traits or influence relationships, mood or career.
Sims can accept Opportunities of any kind.
2 items can be purchased when one Sim reaches level 4 in their career.
4 items can be purchased when one Sim reaches level 6 in their career.
6 items can be purchased when one Sim reaches level 8 in their career.
Unlimited  items can be purchased when one Sim reaches level 10 in their career.
NOTE: Only 1 skill item can be added at a time!
You can add items to either the interior or exterior of the lot.
Of course you can’t buy stuff unless there is money in the family funds so get to work and watch the budget!

There can be NO additions to the household until the goals below are met.

GOALS TO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE
The Sims you have created must develop a Romantic relationship that ends in marriage.
(The marriage can not take place until at least one of the Sims has obtained their LTW.)
Once the Sims have married at least one child must be produced.
Both Sims must obtain their LTW
2 vehicles costing more or equal to $16,000 each must be purchased and parked in a garage.
(This means you need to build a 2 car garage – with doors!)
3 trees must be added to the lot

Once all of the above goals are met you have completed the challenge!

At this point, give yourself a big ol’ pat on the back!
