Proud of Darkness, Chapter 7

The first thing I did was to bulldoze the house that Vlad bought me and I bought a new one.  The new one is a lot closer to what I want my mansion to look like and it will be much easier to convert into the finished product.  Despite the high price tag for the house, I still have most of the money I inherited from Vlad remaining.  Even though I divorced him before his unfortunate death, it was just in principle.  There was never any documentation of our divorce – so everything that was his is mine.

I don’t know if Avarice likes the new house, although she is very tired and hungry, so that could be why she didn’t show any enthusiasm.  It is very different from our old house and it is much bigger.

I take her to the potty – she is still learning – and then straight to bed.  It maybe mid-morning, but a toddler needs her sleep.  Even little monster girls.  Her room is upstairs so she will need to work on her movement skills first thing so she can learn to go up and down the stairs by herself pretty quick.  I don’t have time to be playing taxi every time she gets a whim.  As it is, I need to go find food and I don’t have anyone here to watch her so I am probably going to have to order home delivery.

That is pretty much all for this update.  I am going to post all of the outtakes – the 38 pictures that I took that didn’t make the story because they didn’t work with the story line.  There isn’t any commentary, so this is just to clean out my folder.  The next update will start back up with Vanity and Avarice and the new baby.

Enjoy.

The house was downloaded from the gallery, originally uploaded by ajduckie.  I chose it over the other Affluista Mansion renovations because it already comes with a basement, a very nice basement.  I was able to add on the dungeon very easily along with converting the existing theater to a museum. The third floor will be converted into the black sheep’s attic, when it is time.  The graveyard will be in the back corner to the right.  Most of the furnishings are already the highest quality and I swapped out the ones that weren’t.  Over the next few play sessions, I will be changing the color schemes as the house is decorated in black/dark colors and that is really hard for picture taking.  Or I might leave it dark and use the Sahara filter on my photo viewer, which is what I have used for some of Vanity and Vlad’s nighttime shots.  We’ll see.

I need to add a photography studio to the basement so I can take large photographs of Vanity and the heiresses for the museum.
