100 Babies of Grace, Merry.23

We are going to start off with an update on the older kids.  Older, meaning elder and older.  As of the beginning of today’s play session, Tahiti and Denali are deceased. ?  Jamaica is an elder.  Catalina is not yet (that vampire start is working for her).  Everyone is married at this point ?.  Merry’s grandkids are starting to get married and move out, but I am not chasing them down.  We will run into them here and there, but I drove myself crazy on the Baby Boom trying to keep track of the entire family tree and not doing that again.  I will only track the kids until they die.  Also, I will try to not use any relations for baby daddies, but if the game doesn’t count it as related, they will be fair game.  Just saying.

Pompeii is having a bad day.  He missed the potty, discovered he has a new brother AND a new sister, and found out his father died.

Merry watches him cry… no sympathy there.

And walks out as he asks for snuggles…  Yeah, that interaction is screwy.  He is asking for snuggles from thin air.

He got his snuggles, and then Merry hugged away his sadness.  It took forever to get rid of all of the sad moodlets.

Kenya comes home from school and gets to go fishing in the rain.  Cause of goals, you know.

Utah almost made it to bed.  Almost.

Today is Love Day, and after spending most of the day caring for the twins and spending some time with Wolfgang, once he leaves back into his urn, Merry calls up the next baby daddy and invites him over for some baby making activities.  This town has so many blondes.  Seriously.  If it weren’t for needing specific letters, I would be avoiding the blondes at this point.

She gives away her free earphones as a Love Day gift.  Zach is impressed.

I don’t know why they all head for the computer, I think Merry’s charms are waning.  But who needs privacy – Merry just doesn’t want Wolfgang to show up, it doesn’t matter if the kids see what is happening.  Kenya is doing her best to ignore them anyway.

The twins need attention – Merry is in the closet, and then she needs to take Zach’s picture, just-friend him, and ask him to leave.  She will get to them eventually.  Kenya is sleeping, she worked on painting to the point of exhaustion so she isn’t an option to come down, and we definitely don’t want Wolfgang on the lot at the moment.

“In the closet”  This is the best picture I have been able to take “in the closet”.

There is something about getting pregnant that makes Merry a little frisky.  When Wolfgang shows up she is very enthusiastic with her greeting.

She heads back into the nursery to finish feeding the twins and then there are cuddles.  Wolfgang joins her to help out.  I will say that it doesn’t matter what the baby needs, it will always be the third thing he tries.

Meanwhile, Pompeii wakes up starving and all of the leftovers are spoiled except for one plate of baked potatoes which have a life remaining of 37 minutes.  I pull it over to him so there is no walking involved and he has just enough time to eat before they spoil.  But he doesn’t have time to make it to the potty afterwards.

He heads into the bedroom to “watch” Merry.

{quietly leaving the bedroom on tiptoes}

Yes, Merry.  There is a baby in there, and you are hungry.  The fridge is empty – you need to go cook lots of somethings to restock it.  Stop whining – at least you don’t have to pee.

Merry never did stock the fridge and now we have three toddlers to keep happy.  Finland has become a Clingy toddler.

While France is an Angelic toddler.  Yeah, and notice, neither of them is a redhead.  I will also admit, I reloaded the game three times – they grew up blonde all three times.  I guess their genes were set at birth.  But they are not identical twins.

Outside, Utah is busy making friends – or rather losing them quickly.  Stop yelling at the one friend you do have, dipshit.  Oops, too late.

Wyatt doesn’t take the yelling for very long and begins yelling back.  The only reason Wyatt hasn’t left is because I linked them together into a group and I keep sending them to play on the playground as a group.  Wyatt can’t resist the group command, but he really doesn’t want to play with Utah.

The nursery is empty and the toddler room is full. Quiet for the moment as they are all sleeping, but it is full.

What are you doing?  That is the epitome of pointless.

Umm, apparently ghosts are allowed to come into the bathrooms during showers, or does the quasi-wall count as privacy.

It must be time for food.  The race is on.

Merry comes home from tracking down three more baby daddies – one young adult and two that are still teens (14/13 and 11/13 – so almost young adults).

France is pooping behind the playground.

Finland is pooping in plain sight by the back stairs.

All three toddlers are playing on the playground.  They were having so much fun that they pooped their diapers a second time and then passed out on their way to bed.  I guess you could say it was a good Sunday.

Which leads into it being time for Pompeii’s birthday cake.

And, we have another Mean child with a social aspiration.

At the beginning of today’s play session, Catalina, Beijing, and Austin are now elders also – joining Jamaica in the gray-hair club.  That is the two oldest dead, and the next four elders.  {sigh}  Time is passing.

I didn’t take many pictures.  Just let the game play.  The last few days have been hectic at work so I have been trying to chill and not torture Merry and company too much.  Of course I didn’t push them so hard that the toddlers passed out three times combined. Nope, not at all.  No one died.

Yes, Utah, you have to go to school.  You may have just finished your aspiration but you still only have a B in school.  Go to school!

Baby #26 is Zurich Grace

  • Baby Daddy is Zach Parikh
  • Merry’s age: Adult, 17 days till age up

I have been playing Sims since August 2005; a member, then a moderator, and now an admin of Boolprop.net since October 2006. My sister is the one that hooked me on Sims in the beginning. She had all of the original Sims games and one week while I was on vacation I took her games and started playing. That was the beginning of my obsession. I played Sims 1 for about a month and then decided to buy Sims 2. When Sims 3 was released I made the move and have never looked back. Now I am all in on Sims 4 and still loving it.
