Lots of Lot Traits

I actually finished this challenge early although it still can’t post until the challenge is over. 🙂

Lots of Lot Traits

Bunny Warren is the lucky sim for this challenge. She will be moving from one lot to another, increasing in value each time. She receives a multiplier for lot traits and lot challenges.

Bunny begins the challenge working her way through the empty lots. On each lot she adds three unique lot traits to each. She is able to complete the progression through the empty lots before running into a money block. After finishing up the empty lots, she moves into her first empty house. She gets the last two traits here. She is not going to move into any apartments so she won’t be able to get those locked lot traits for her count. Her final lot trait count is 36 traits. Bunny can’t afford the next move on her own so she moves in with Johnny Zest. From here she moves into occupied households in order to increase her funds and into empty houses when she can afford it. She also avoids most of the lot challenges for now.

She continues to move up, completing several lot challenges on the way. Wild Foxes, Off-the-Grid, Simple Living, Filthy, and Reduce and Recycle are the challenges she completes as she moves.

She ends her moving when she joins Judith Ward in the most expensive house in the world. This is where she finishes up the lot challenges. Well, all except for Cursed. She completed 8 challenges.

Throughout the challenge, Bunny lived on 55 different lots. The total value of all lots at move out was §3,863,713. Her multiplier is 1+ (36x.01) + (8x.02) equaling 1.52. The calculated total is §5,872,843.

I have been playing Sims since August 2005; a member, then a moderator, and now an admin of Boolprop.net since October 2006. My sister is the one that hooked me on Sims in the beginning. She had all of the original Sims games and one week while I was on vacation I took her games and started playing. That was the beginning of my obsession. I played Sims 1 for about a month and then decided to buy Sims 2. When Sims 3 was released I made the move and have never looked back. Now I am all in on Sims 4 and still loving it.
