Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it…
As promised, here are better pictures of the boys. I am having a hard time settling on the heir and the game isn’t cooperating.
- Rowan, born last of the twins (+1) and has red hair (+1); however the game has seen fit to age him up first making him older by one day (-1)
- Quince, born first (-1); however I like his eyes (+1) and he is now youngest thanks to the game mechanics (+1)
Mandy invites Moses over and finds out he is divorced once again. However, he is worse than a tomcat as he already has a new girlfriend. You would think she would get the message.
Especially when she meets the new girlfriend, Lisa Bunch.
So as usual she calls up her faithful friend Daniel to come spend the night, weekend, and however long he will stay before he leaves on his own.
The boys are working hard. Harder than non-perfect children should if you ask them.
Well it was bound to happen eventually. Moses got old.
Mandy invites him home where she finds out Lisa has kicked the bucket. And her timing is great. With a little sympathy and some quick romance, Moses is finally hers.
The boys take advantage of Mandy’s distraction and slip out for a day at the park.
Rowan comes home with frostbite and a warning from social services.
Mandy invites Daniel over, with good intentions to break things off. However, that goes awry when he greets her with a heat of the moment kiss, which the boys witness. They were willing to tolerate, and overlook, her antics until she started officially going steady with Moses. Now they are upset.
Of course, the word gets back to Moses and he is truly furious with Mandy. She tries to talk to him at the art gallery and he is having nothing to do with it. Of course they had to take a few minutes out of the argument to celebrate her birthday, then they went back to fighting.
Mandy even tried giving him a present and he rejected it, and not nicely either. After that Mandy gave up trying and just went home. Surely he would calm down in a few days.
Mandy called Moses and invited him over and surprisingly he accepted. He showed up soon afterwards, although Mandy was expecting him to cancel. They picked up their fight right where they left off though. He wasn’t even in the mood to be friendly.
Moses asked Mandy who the other guy was and she told him. Then Mandy broke up with Moses and asked him to leave.
Mandy watched the father of her children, and the man she spent way too long waiting for, walk out the door for the last time. She realized that her relationship with him was more about the wanting and not the having. And for the record, Moses immediately reconnected with his second wife and remarried her.
Mandy knows now what she wants and she hopes it isn’t too late.
I am really not sure about this face. Is he happy he now has the girl? Or is he wondering if maybe the wanting is better than the having? Only time will tell when Mandy is involved.
And this is what geniuses do at 4am, without any direction.
Now that Mandy has her romantic life fairly settled, she needs to complete her skills. It is a good thing the zombies in town are so polite.
The boys are finally teens, which means two more weeks until the new heir takes over. And one more week until Mandy can get married.
Rowan, youngest by birth and red hair.
Quince, youngest in game and pretty eyes.
