Nom de Plume, Chapter 5

It used to be that I could play a full house without breaking a sweat.  Not any more.

Another bites the dust.  Everyone is sick.

Orchid clears the table and earns responsiblity.

Clarke can often be found at the science table experimenting.

The journals are wonderful.  Everyone has to write in their journal after completing their homework.  They gain emotional control for it.  If they are emotional, they can write about that to help alleviate it.

Orchid is the kid staying home this time.

ACHOO!  “Bless you”

Salim puts her to bed to get some rest.

Five kids went to school.  Five kids brought home projects.  Mathew builds a good robot.

Nectar builds a good volcano.

Isabel builds an excellent castle.

Clarke builds an excellent volcano.

Alexis builds a good volcano.

The finished projects, left to right, Mathew – Nectar – Isabel – Clarke – Alexis

Clarke sets the play room on fire.  It is a big fire.

Everyone evacuates the house, leaving the fire to rage.  They forget that there aren’t any firemen in this version.

It takes several attempts but finally Salim goes in to extinguish the fire.

It burned both chemistry tables, two lamps…

Clarke’s bed and light.

Isabel is so traumatized by the fire that she has an accident and then throws a temper tantrum and shouts forbidden words.

Once everyone has recovered from the fire, it is time for a pair of birthdays.  Orchid…

and Nectar…

Nectar is in a loud phase and will shout forbidden words at random.

The family has had no fun and it is very hard to fun them up.

When Monica comes home, Clarke runs out to greet her.  He asks for advice about making friends.

And Isabel is a teen.

Alexis is going through a bear phase.

And Isabel is having a mood swing.  She is tense…

then angry….

then happy.

Everyone spends Saturday volunteering at the local soup kitchen.  Then they get to soak in the hot tub.

Mama bear gets into costume to support Alexis.

Who responds by making a mess.

and then having to clean it up.

Isabel is going to be painting for income.  The family already has a good nest egg thanks to the books Monica and Salim have written.

About Teresa 1076 Articles
I have been playing Sims since August 2005; a member, then a moderator, and now an admin of since October 2006. My sister is the one that hooked me on Sims in the beginning. She had all of the original Sims games and one week while I was on vacation I took her games and started playing. That was the beginning of my obsession. I played Sims 1 for about a month and then decided to buy Sims 2. When Sims 3 was released I made the move and have never looked back. Now I am all in on Sims 4 and still loving it.
