I struggle with the teen age and i am trying to find a way to continue this for the entire month. I know she will only be a teen for June. I am currently having Mia work on reaching the top of the five original part-time jobs, starting with Barista. She is also going to work on both of the Bust the Dust aspirations. One is overly clean, the other is filthy. That actually gives me an idea of how to work on June.
Saturday is a quiet day. Everyone was home except for when Dylan went to work. Skye came by for a visit so Mia could show off her cleaning skills. Otherwise everyone was just allowed to chill and watch TV and visit with each other.
Mia has to upgrade the vacuum cleaner at least twice, so she improved her handiness skill with a class and then began working on it. It is not fun and she could only complete half of the second upgrade before refusing to do any more today.
Jess and Dylan are enjoying life again since Jess is no longer possessed. But they are also discussing the fact that Mia’s time as an exchange student is coming to an end. She was just here for a semester and that is over soon. Mia doesn’t want to return home, she is ready to go out on her own. She just has to convince the adults in her life that she is ready.
Not a lot of pictures of the household today. Mia went to bed early and the rest of the family finally called it a day around midnight.
