Hmm, I wonder what they could be fishing for?
Tempting, but no. Although Vanity probably should have said yes.
Another good day at work although it doesn’t come with a promotion.
Vanity contacts aliens and starts a neighborhood hivemind.
She also has a really filling drink from a coworker.
Back home the kids take turns trying to fix the game pad, eventually getting it repaired without anyone dying.
And Vanity gets another chance when Lilith calls and asks to come over.
Avarice and Larceny are both hungry so they call and order up some dinner. Larceny has Judith Ward in his contact list and surprisingly she shows up.
He also calls Clement Frost up for Avarice since she only has teens which are being saved for the potential spouses in the future and they aren’t ready to piss them off yet.
During their feeding, Vanity and Lilith are moving their relationship right along.
Judith wakes up and wanders into the house and into Vanity’s bedroom. She isn’t quite sure where she is or even why she is here, but look at that gorgeous mirror.
She is beginning to have deep regrets and wonders why the door is locked.
Downstairs, Vanity and Lilith have discovered the joy that comes from a new partner.
Vanity has herself a new girlfriend.
After thinking about it, Vanity decides she doesn’t need another death from starvation and keeping Judith prisoner is a lot of work. So, she tanks her hunger and then commands her to repair everything and unlocks the door.
Judith wanders around and does her thing, then leaves.
Because the ghosts stay out after Judith leaves, there is more for Larceny to repair the next day.
Vanity and Avarice are still fishing.
Another day making life hell for her coworkers, and generally hell for herself.
Vanity sneaks in a little fishing at the end of the day.
But she brings home another promotion – Laboratory Leader, level 7.
Vanity completed Master Vampire at this point. She looks really excited, but she is very thirsty and really tired of fishing. She switches to Fabulously Wealthy for now.
Deciding it was taking way too long for what they were looking for, Avarice calls up a taxi and they head to the park in Oasis Springs.
Sure enough, it is the very first thing Avarice fishes up. So they head home.
Home, where another random child is just waiting out front. Really weird EA, really weird. Cute kid though. Avarice makes her acquaintance for later.
Larceny doesn’t have perfect sun resistance. He actually doesn’t have any sun resistance, so he gets a garden in the basement. It is a trick to get the trees to plant, but he perseveres until they finally germinate. It requires planting them outside, then moving them in build mode. But whatever.
You know it is going to be one of those days when you have to start it off with a drink.
Vanity then has to spend way too much time chatting with one of her coworkers to get her social up. She really needs space in the household so Lilith can move in. Although – Lilith has two kids so she needs to check to make sure someone else can keep the kids because they can’t move in, so that might be a problem. {note to self}
The day ends with everything done and enough time for Vanity to make three trips to space.
Cache has had a rough day it seems. Someone needs to get more sleep at night.
It is birthday time for Treasure and Cache. Vanity makes them a cake and Catastrophy is incoming.
The cake is put up safely until Treasure can get into the kitchen. Damn cats. Nothing is safe if it is edible.
Pretty cake – winter cake.
The gap in time between Treasure and Cache brings Raven to the cake.
And by the time Cache has blown out the candles, Turtle is wanting a piece of the cake.
Treasure rolls Active to go with Music Lover so she remains true neutral. Her aspiration is Mansion Baron which is auto completed to tier 3 – she needs 30 windows and the house only has 18. The problem is that Treasure is the only non-vampire in a household of vampires.
Cache rolls Glutton +5 to go with Neat so he moved in the right direction, then rolled Successful Lineage (not happening) as a spare.
Cache goes out to feed the “denizens of the water garden” and dumbass falls in. Since this is how they drown, I am watching closely…
But he successfully climbs back out. I think it is considered a drowning and not a new unique death so it isn’t necessarily one I want, but hey.
Larceny comes up behind and looks like he is considering pushing him in again. I checked for the option, but there wasn’t one. They all move like bats, so there is a lot of poofing these days.
Nope, totally not considering pushing him in. Larceny is not evil like Vanity and Avarice.
I figured out the problem with the trees – it was the overhead lights. Everything is planted in the basement now.
Catastrophy ran away from home.
Vanity gave Turtle extra loving while she was waiting for Catastrophy to come home. He is getting old and his time will be up soon.
Catastrophy came home while everyone was at work and school.
Everyone came home starving. They started calling everyone they knew to come over. Judith is off the menu for awhile so she is asked to leave.
Raven has to have her fun also.
Everyone was able to get something to eat and all of the orange was replaced by green. Except for Raven and I haven’t a clue what her problem is.
Vanity was so happy to see Lilith that they went for three rounds in the coffin until they were both exhausted.
