Rock the Rainbow (Chapter 15)

With the house basically empty, Prim heads off to work, hoping she can get a promotion today.  She doesn’t though, as her pregnancy becomes evident and she is sent home – with a full promotion bar.  She attempts to stalk her boss and ask for a promotion but despite being best friends is told no.

With the intention of raising a golden trio, Prim settles down to watch kids TV and listen to kids music.  She is hoping for a mixed set.

Finally, there is room in the house and Molly invites over her alien friend, Voohon.  She is ready to move him into the household and asks him to marry her.  He is excited and says of course.  Not to waste any time, they immediately head over the to wedding arch to get married.

This can’t happen.  I have not yet had an alien in game.  And I still don’t.

Grim is having a rough day and takes out his frustration on the flamingo army.  I know how he feels.

Days pass with lots of kids TV and music being consumed.  Finally, it is time for the, hopefully, triplets to make their appearance.  About this point I realize I did not have names ready.  So Prim stands on pause while I spend 30 minutes looking for names.  While the family was more concerned when labor started, they quickly got over that and went back to TV and radio.  Prim decides to just have the babies at home.

Gotta love the glitches.

The Golden Trio
A generation of your choice must give birth to triplets. You may name each of the babies after a different letter in the naming scheme if you go for this, you are also exempt from the three pregnancy rule that generation. Additional children may be born after the triplets, the trio rules do not apply to them.

  • You must have each triplet learn all three toddler skills (walk, talk, potty) as a toddler;
  • Max three skills of your choosing as a child;
  • Make three best friends, earn 3,000Simoleons, and complete the golden trio of
    • getting an A+ in school;
    • getting on honor role for 3 days; and
    • reaching the top of their teen career as a teen.

Offering to the Gods, umm, what?  No, really, I am just admiring how they look with legs.  I promise <3

In order to prepare for this Oskar and Molly will be quitting their jobs.  The family has well over $1,000,000 simoleons, so they aren’t working for the money.  Emilie still needs to reach the top of her career.  She should make level 9 on her next work day and then level 10 is in reach within the first 24 hours the triplets are toddlers.  Fingers crossed.

Prim stops by the court house to sue for slander (rumor has it she had a child out of wedlock.  This is false as we know she had three children out of wedlock.  She wins her case and then heads to the grocery store to pick up several lotto tickets.  She wins a small amount without needing to make a quick trip to the future and makes several sizeable donations to the Plan the Future Fund.  For the record, it doesn’t matter which order ~ whether you win the lotto before you make the donations or afterwards.  Prim donated while she was pregnant and won the lotto the day after the triplets were born and she received recognition and a statue.

Molly has placed all of the gravestones into her inventory in hopes that she will get the opportunity to bring one of them back from beyond.  That still didn’t trigger the opportunity so she puts them all back in place.

Leia and Han Solo have twins (and no I did not plan that).  Lakesha and Steve.  Not quite sure where Steve is yet, but eventually he will be found.

I am still hoping for the Monster Mash but my ghosts are really not cooperating.  Even though it looks like he is cooperating here.  He isn’t.

All flamingos are present and accounted for…

Emilie finally reaches the top of her career leaving just one left, which belongs to Primrose.  She finally returns to work and will be working very hard to reach the top before the triplets become young adults.

Wade shows up and accuses Molly of cheating on him with Voohon.  Seriously.

She reminds him that he is dead and has been for a long time.

For the record, even though they started at the same time, Pepper finished reading her books a ful book ahead of Olivia.  Natasha is still trying to learn to walk and is running a day behind her sisters.

Learning all of those skills was hard work.  And the hardest is yet to come.  I really believe the child age is going to be impossible, but we have our game hats on.  Well, as soon as the girls finish their naps.

After they finish their skilling, the girls each gravitate to their favorite toy.  Olivia heads for the dollhouse,

Pepper heads for the pegbox,

and Natasha heads for the blocks.

I have been playing Sims since August 2005; a member, then a moderator, and now an admin of since October 2006. My sister is the one that hooked me on Sims in the beginning. She had all of the original Sims games and one week while I was on vacation I took her games and started playing. That was the beginning of my obsession. I played Sims 1 for about a month and then decided to buy Sims 2. When Sims 3 was released I made the move and have never looked back. Now I am all in on Sims 4 and still loving it.
