Build Newcrest, Chapter 6

I have been having trouble figuring out how to keep the world alive when each rotation can take six to nine weeks within the game.  Since I turned off aging for the entire world, none of the babies or toddlers age, obviously.  On the weekend before the change to the next household, someone will go to all households that have young’uns and grow them up.  At the end of the second week, Monica baked a cake and headed back to the toddlers to grow them into children.  She was able to grow all of the toddlers up except one, before she took a slice of the cake.  There was one single infant to age up, which she then took with her when she left.  She must have left him on the bus, because she arrived home without him.

A new week at the Newcrest’s house brings another round of projects.  The triplets are not feeling the projects though and they head off for naps, leaving Kinsey and Sofia to work on them alone.

Finally, getting them back to finish – oh yeah, they had birthdays that caught me by surprise.  This is Marissa.

and Lauren.

and Bryan.

Slowly getting the projects completed, as one is finished they moved to the next.  This is the last project to be completed.

Lauren and Marissa meet Lorcan.

In order to get an A, the triplets need to raise some skills.

Layla drops by and drinks from Kinsey.  This puts Kinsey in a bad mood for the rest of the week.

Saturday is spent at the pool – everyone is struggling this week.  And, I did not take a lot of pictures.  Kinsey took days off from school and spent all day volunteering – she is in the zone for positive character values on four of the five traits.  The triplets did their homework and watched TV for the week.  Lauren attempted to get something going with Lorcan but he was not cooperative.

This is probably the only true photo op this week.

Once everyone was ready to head home, Kinsey did the aging travel – she didn’t have a cake so she only went to the households with infants.  The world is glitching so each time she aged a toddler, they got stuck in her arms and she couldn’t do anything, including putting them down.  I need to figure out how to fix this.

I have been playing Sims since August 2005; a member, then a moderator, and now an admin of Boolprop.net since October 2006. My sister is the one that hooked me on Sims in the beginning. She had all of the original Sims games and one week while I was on vacation I took her games and started playing. That was the beginning of my obsession. I played Sims 1 for about a month and then decided to buy Sims 2. When Sims 3 was released I made the move and have never looked back. Now I am all in on Sims 4 and still loving it.
